“Cosmic Corral” introduces everyone to a group of aliens that are transporting a large group of unearthly animals—a traveling “petting zoo” so that all younglings in their part of the universe may see various creatures.

Unfortunately, the ship hit a rogue cosmic wave that disables the vessel—with bad results for LA. Menthu must deal with these angry/kaiju-like beings. And with shadow bureaucracies.
